Does know of any foods that can induce nightmares besides dairy products?

I don't know about food inducing nightmares. I think it's more indigestion, or any type of physical discomfort. My sister fell asleep with the light on, and she dreamt that she was dying of thirst in a desert under a blazing sun, for example.
