Thread: Why are you alive?

Hmm, thats a good question. Usually I would make some lame ass comment like 'To annoy you' in real life, but in truth, I really don't know. I'd like to think that it's to help others, but I know it's not. I think it may be to travel, thats what I've always wanted to do.

I'm alive because I'm not dead yet



Seriously talking: I could never commit a suicide because it's against my conviction. Anyway, I believe that life has really much to give me. Also, why to die when you can never be sure if there's afterlife or what it is.

I guess I like life.

Afterlife is an illusion created by the grand subconscious. We are alive because we chose this reality, but when we came we didn't entirely realize it was in fact a prison. Then the indoctrination through the education, social, financial and justice systems, we forgot where we came from and accepted this as the best it could be. We are one mind creating this reality around us. It's a hologram and we've accepted the predisposed limitations. When we understand the basic science of the hologram and understand that it is an illusion, the house of cards called the global elite will crumble and we will be able to manifest what we wish, when we wish. We will be One with "God" (God is Us), and live under our own rules with no limitations.

We are here because we forgot that we can be wherever we want

I am here so when I leave I can take the one I love with me. I feel that since I was given this life (in my belief) that I should use it. Wasting is pointless.

I could tell you all about why I exist and why everyone else exists...but I'd get shot down and torn apart so fast -- or just ridiculed, that it's not really worth explaining.

well, i posted religious reasons...but i don't believe in god, i don't go to church. I'm not sure what i believe in...it's not really the afterlife, but more a higher state, if you like.
I think i'm alive to find out who i am, or maybe who i
was. i definitely believe in past lives.

I think you can still add an option to the poll. If you edit your first post you should see the poll options thing. I'm not 100% sure though but try it.

I like life, theres no reason not too. Life is not a prison. Its kind of ironic that you say that. We don't have any limitations and you basicly said that yourself.

No one said life was a prison, but this reality is. What can hold consciousness in a cage better than the illusion that matter is superior to it?

I agree with that.. Life is what we make it, it's just that.. so many people try to make our lives for us, to make us fit into their plans.

When we really think about it, it's very hard to distinguish your own, original free will from the wills of people you grew up with, or the people you live with, or the will of the country you live in.

Life in itself isn't a prison, but hey, let's face it, life on earth isn't such a paradise right now. We can't do whatever we want, and we can't always have it our way.

This is difficult, but worth pondering upon.

The question is, why are people alive, for real?
Sometimes, life is harder than it is fun! Sometimes, we just feel that we want to kill ourselves to end the misery. Many do, but why do the rest of us stay alive? What's the *real* reason?

I don't know, but I think it's an interesting question.

I am alive for a few reasons..

1. The love of my parents

2. The support of my friends

3. And my own curiosities.

I obviously haven't been "offed" yet by one thing or another.. so why not enjoy the life I still have?
