No. If a bunch of atoms that got together because of the result of a short time in the history of time happens to have a bit of a different configuration (your mind holds the question and the answer), the universe wouldn't reset.

Unless there was some sort of biased super being, but that seems unlikely.

Well reading the hitch hiker quide in wikipedia they had a really clever thing. It was basically this you cant know the ultimate question and the ultimate anwser e.g. it like a particle you cant know position and momentum of it. Well knowing that idea it went on to say that when ever you find out the truth of the universe then the universe will it to something more complex. The first thing i thought was quantum mechanics now what if when all of Einstein physics were done and we knew how particle work the world got replaced with quantum physics and a new set of laws for particle. What if somebody works out quantum mechanics would everthing change. Irony i was going to say something about the ending of the book but now i cant find it maybe i found out the ultimate anwser and question so teh universe got replaced again. Well my last point is that before quantum mechanics we used normal number to describe the universe however now we use complex or imaginary number. What if a universe based on normal nuber has been replaced with a universe using complex numbers.

I used to think about this alot.....Its like scientist will never find the smallest particle, they will just keep finding small and smaller particles.
