Thread: Hypnagognic Happenings

I thankyou for evryone who took the time to reply to my posting... But I am very perplexed about this... It is anything BUT funny!... I lay in this state sometimes for an hour and it really has negative impacts on my mentla health.... If this is supposedly normal, then why has it only happened int eh last 2 years following a complete severe depression? I odntknow about anyone else, but when this hits me i am awake one sceond and the next hearing total nonsense with voices.. this goes on back and forth like a million times before I can become clear enough to even get out of bed... Is there anyone esle who goes thru this? Ive had responses from people that its demons talking, and others say this is normal...and I even question teh doc about schyzophrenia.. she assures me im not... If there is anyone who struggles with this like I do by all means feel free to send me a message... thanks everyone
