...is that Ignorance itself was the answer to the question. Through ignorance of the laws they would not apply.



This hinges upon the supposition that all individuals are truly elements of one entity in non duality which is extended out through existance into those individual shapes and forms and individuals.

It also hinges upon the supposition that the laws in play in general work based on ones belief, faith etc. IE one must be aware of and believe in those laws and the mechanics thereof for them to apply.

In other words if one is ignorant of the mechanics(laws) one cannot believe, or if doubt is present in one who is aware, these mechanics(Laws) wouldnt apply.

Even so, I myself do not see it 100%. The laws under these circumstances would be in effect to some certain degree regardless of the ignorance or doubt of them.

If you would simply look to the left of my post, you'll notice that I judge you no worse than I judge myself. For all of us, there are things that we do not know; and therefore we are all ignorant. Though duality does embrace anger, it should be irrelevant and contradictory, so it should be so minimalistic.

Key word: can make the rules apply to him. However: he has the choice to live by his own rules. Why place rules down for others but disclude himself? He doesn't want to declare himself higher than us all for he does not have ego. Thus, even with his infinite power, he CHOOSES to apply them to him as well, that way the universal law affects all things including him, for he IS the law itself. If he did not apply it to himself, and he did not need to follow it, then an argument could be posed to him to demand the law be lifted from other individual consciousnesses. Simply not applying the law to itself would be contradictory. This is why CloudWalker was mentioning ignorance.

However, if all are one and one is all in non duality then there is no concievable way the laws couldnt apply 100% to one and not the other no matter what external title or labal is assigned to one or the other.

The closest such could come would indeed be through ignorance.

One would also have to consider that if all were one and one were all, the the laws themselves would also be part of the one, as you have already suggested above. So, wouldnt it make logical sense that if one was ignorant of the laws then one would also necesarily have to be ignorant of themselves under such circumstances? Ignorant to the point of believing themselves seperate individuals?
