An Atheist who believes in the existence of some sort of inner-soul which one can get better attuned with through mediation.

There's more, obviously. Seeing as spirituality doesn't even imply belief in anything 'supernatural'.
I thought the Astral Plane was always believed to be consumed with spiritual beings and angels. I think most would agree that Angels are supernatural beings. Spirituality clearly applies here.

Wasn't that the point? I gave examples of atheism + spirituality (+supernatural).

But spirituality doesn't imply the supernatural, and vice-versa. At least if you take this definition:

of, relating to, consisting of, or affecting the spirit : incorporeal
Seeing as you can apply 'incorporeal' (not corporeal : having no material body or form) to consciousness, it's correct to say, for example, that lucid dreaming is spiritual.
      - Are you an idiot?
      - No sir, I'm a dreamer.
