I don't know...

I don't really like his recent 'style-development', to be honest. At first when he started debunking Creationist Crap, he was matter-of-fact-like, he dealed with reality, he actually debunked with a befitting debunking-style. Lately, though, it appears as though more and more of his videos are becoming more cynical, more sarcastic, more insulting, even(?). His usual "I'm better than insulting, so here are the facts, this is what's really going on." has seemingly completely transformed into "Well, let me just critisize their enormous stupidity with a cynical tone of voice". It's irritating me to no end...

He's still good at debunking creationists and stuff, but if he'd just lay down on the sarcasm...

It's really not that important. As far as I can tell these people and their stupid arguments have very little influence on anybody else; certainly not outside America, and even over there they've voted for Obama now.

Thank you for introducing me to AronRa. The man is brilliant. Here is my favorite. Watch the whole thing before you assume that he just picked the dumbest creationist that he could find to use as a strawman.

To be honest I think he's a bit of a sarcastic boring jerk. None of his videos are particularly funny or enlightening or well written.

Americans always seem to react with hilarious revulsion when they discover the UK is 50% atheist. They're just like, WHAAAAAA!? Completely incredulous that most of us don't believe that bulsh. And then there's Sweden which is like, 85%...

I've never met any serious creationists myself in the UK... they're so rare that they make documentaries about them.

you must be so happy for yourself. There's a really funny one in the video that I posted. Maybe the reason that he comes off as a sarcastic jerk is that he lives in a state, texas, where they have taken over the education system through a covert grass roots campaign and are trying to get creationism put in the states curriculum.
