For those who believe in God; does God have a self?

We are supposed to have a self, something that makes it able to have a subjective experience. It seems to be very closely collected to the consciousness, which could be the center of the self. I was wondering. If there's a God, then does this God have a self? I don't really believe in God anymore. For the moment I like to think there could be just one shared self that we are all essentially (part of).

In regards to Christianity, i get the sense that their god does function in some ways as a being that is able to have subjective experiences but at the same time is not limited to Subjective Experiences, if that makes any sense.

I guess for a god that was able to develop a divine plan and create the universe it would have to have a single consciousness because apparently nothing else existed before that. Just him. A real Christian might have a different outlook, perhaps.

Going by the "Law of One", God is everything, it's consciousness. We are all part of God, and God is a part of us. Everything is one. Right down to the singularity that exploded. I don't think God is a being, it's the universe, everything in existence. God is infinity. When you are one with the universe ( via meditation ), you are experiencing God, no ego...no thoughts, just pure awareness. The ego is just what separates us from infinity. It doesn't make sense that you could just die and experience a black void. Because you have to perceive that black void. You KNOW it's a black void, therefore you are. When you look at a black screen, or close your eyes...what are you seeing? Nothing?....or everything? Is that black void full? Or is it empty? If a tree falls down in the woods, while no one is around, does it make a sound? No, because there is no one to perceive it.

As a psychological term it does in fact refer to the individual self, and outside of that it can also mean 'to be prideful', but the word never means both 'self' and 'pride' at the same time. meadow = grass = marijuana Meadows therefor have marijuana. no he created the devil and devil(evil) had free will and became jealous and overblown with hi falutin ideas of his worth and value in creation so he rebelled and dragged others with him. you could say with the same reasoning we are god, well maybe you may think so but i tend to shy away from thinking i am god. or have true understanding of creation we can experience an aspect of god as a creation but that does not mean we are god that is fallacious thinking.getting through this existence with all your marbles in better condition than when you started is hared enough. I agree with really here, you are the 'self' of which God experiences reality subjectively But if God and the Self are All That Is, then they don't "experience" something. Consciousness and the mind experiences things.

I try not to use the word 'ego' to mean pride.
