About dream recall, that is pretty much the key of everything

exactly how much of the dream should you have to remember also, how should you remember your dream as. e.g. do you have to see the dream as images in 3D, like a world, or can you see it as very vivid ideas do people get better at recalling their dreams this is what i wrote yesterday night in my dream journal: the vampire wants to be friend of my brother, i think is a trap i go down the frosted hill and convince a Norwegian to leave this place we spend an eternity trying to reach the bottom of the hill at one point we stop and the vampire and my brother intercept us and he invite us to his castle he seems to be a pretty cool guy and has an amazing power of convincing in his house i start to hang out with him, awesome personality he tells me he stopped drinking blood, that it was primitive the guy ends up shagging with all the girls that he spoke Edit: all these images are very blurry

Well, I woke up at 3AM and wrote in my journal.. "George Lopez - Pregnant girl... There was a house... Everything like ZS... helped a little girl... hid in closet... Kyle wanted me to help with haunted woods". I remembered the whole dream, but I did not want to wake myself up too much. When I woke up in the morning, I read these small notes, and remembered the whole dream. I remember my dreams in 3D. It is hard to explain for me. It is like an experience. Let's say I saw a stray dog, and I forget about it. Later on, I remember I saw a stray dog. It was all in 3D for me, because it is as if I experienced it before. (Sorry for unclear explanation). People do get better at recalling dreams. This was the last day of my first week, and I remembered 7 dreams the entire week, which is amazing for me. What you wrote down is fine. I personally wouldn't write that much when I wake up at 3 or something, but, if it works for you, then do not worry about it!
