i know its been done before but i wanted to refine it so it could give people their first Lucid Experience and hopefully incite them to research more intense and better methods....

Its called AILD - Auditory Induction to Lucid Dremaing....

Hypothesis- (glad my biology class is coming in handy) I believe that through this method, Lucid beginners their first experience into the amazing world of Lucid Dreaming...

Materials- 1- Computer Microphone
1- Blank CD
1- CD Burner
1- pair of headphones (preferably the ones that wrap around your head like so... http://www.sonystyle.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP....nes_StreetStyle
1-CD Player

okay heres what you do:

1) using youre handy Microphone, record your voice in the most Barry White-like voice, telling Yourself that you are Dreaming...you dont need any fancy Audio Recording Software, i just used "Sound Recorder" in windows. For about 2 minutes, keep saying, in various ways, that you are dreaming. Say youre name alot, this helps TREMENDOUSLY!(spelling?) for example, Bob, wants to Lucid Dream-

EX-

barry white like "Bob, you are dreaming, you are dreaming Bob. Bob, Realize that you are dreaming. You are Dreaming Bob."

something to that effect.

2) Save the Audio as an MP3 and Burn it on to a disk.

3) use your nifty headphones and CD Player to listen to this file continuosly on a loop, at a comfortable volume but loud enough so that it doesnt blend with your dream. so i would say, pretty loud, but not so loud that you cant sleep...

4) Hopefully, you can have the amazing experience that i had.

It may not be a permanent method, but i know what its like to be discouraged by a lack of results... Please let me know if you are going to try it and let me know if it worked for you or what we can do different in our research to offer easier methods....

BUT: remeber, Lucid Dreaming requires lots of work and dedication, so if this method didnt work for you, try others! youve got nothing to do but dream in your sleep!
