I saw a topic discussing short term memory and dream recall, and I read some articles about "How to strengthen memory". And I found a free site for this =)
www.memorise.org I think that the topic I read was made by Fabio the dreamer.

Well, this week I am going to do these exercises and see if my dream recall improves =) See you in one week!

I think that my recall have boosted with the help from the training.
and maybe my prospective memory increased to !

I think that my memory training have helped me in both prospective memory and short-term memory and I am so going to keep pracctise memorise.org gym =).
