I've decided to post my experiences through this schedule. First off, I'm a college student and also work, which is why I'm trying this schedule over the uberman's. I don't want to work my way up to this schedule. I decided I was just going to try it as the last time I have slept was from 9pm last night til about 12am. I'm just going to write my experiences through this and try not to oversleep. If I actually succeed at completing this schedule and feeling refreshed every time I might keep on doing it. |
