This sounds like what I used to do as a kid... I clench certain muscles in my chest/throat area and my face starts turning purple and I get really dizzy (cutting off the blood flow to my head.) I haven't ever let myself pass out from it because it scares the SHIT out of me.

I have a creepy control over my eyebrows, I can move them one at a time, alternating, in a wave-like pattern, and very high and low. It's the most expressive feature of my face. I can also move my ears up and down individually or at the same time. (I've been doing these things as long as I can remember.)

Not a defect, just a face muscle oddity... and a great way to entertain your family when you're 5 years old.
