      Huzzah!
Who is Halford? Was he the original singer or something? Forgive my extreme stupidity here, but I don't know a whole lot about the band except some of the songs. By, hey, great if they're reuniting.

Personally, I would love to see Queen or The Doors get back together and do a concert. Sadly, that will never happen, though. At least, not with all the members. It sucks! Just as I was all getting into Queen, Freddie Mercury had to go and die on me. That was harsh. I wanted to go to "A Concert For Life", but I was only about 13 or 14 at the time, and my dad didn't exactly approve of my flying to England and back. So we stayed at watched it--all six hours of it, uncut--at home as it aired.

Anyway, it's always cool when the great bands we love get back together for one last romp around the venue. I wish more bands would do this!

Yeah, Halford was the original front man. Priest was one of my first metal bands. I know what you mean by wishing old bands reunited. I would love to have lived in the 60's at least one day. Doors, Hendrix, The Stones... man those were days to be alive in.

Seriously. I've always thought that, except for the promiscuous sex and drugs, I would have made a great hippy.

Two members of The Doors and what'shisname from the Cult have hooked up to form "The Doors of the 21st Century". Still no substitue for the original though.

I think hell would freeze over before Danzig and Only even speak again. Didn't the Misfits break up though??? I heard that the new members are Only, one of the guys from Black Flag, and the last remaining Ramone.

Now that is just wrong. I'm pissed off now. Just like I was when Chris Cornell joined the remnants of RATM. I love Rage, and I love Soundgarden, but Audioslave is total blasphemy.

      1) Thanks!

      2) From what I've read, John Dinsmore who's not part of this new group has a lawsuit against the other two for using the name and not compensating him or not asking for permission to use it.

Always about money... that is sad. I f*cken hate Manzarek. Since day one he was always trying to make the Doors about him. Noone gives a crap about him doesn't he get it!!! 'Till this very day he is still exploiting anything he can on the Doors and Morrison.

When Morrison died, The Doors died with him.

About as old as David Lee Roth playing with Sammy Haggar but still just as kick-ass.

Rob Halford rules, I still love his Resurrection album. Judas Priest lives one!! m/(-.-)m/

*Goes back into typical O'nus character*

*Notices date on posts........ feels like ass*

Who rocked? The Doors without Morrison?
Personally I thought they sucked, Ray Manzarek is NOT a singer.

      Onus:
Yes, Priest kicks ass. I also love Ressurection. Best song is the duo with Bruce Dickinson, The One you Love to Hate.
