You will go to sleep, right? When you do there will be times you look around and see dreamscapes and you might want to talk to someone in the dream or before the dream.This is exactly how you will have success in a day or two. There will be times when you want to practice the things you already know, so go for it. Don’t forget to compare what your thinking with what you thought when you had the experience of thought verses mind in whole but not so in-depth that you forget what your thinking. This will help you on your guest to LD if you just leave your keys in the car and wile trying this new thing wile thinking as we talked about before you will start. If stronger mindsets is what helps. Your on your own now, so with these improvements dreaming will be a snap.

first u o to sleep then u dream then u become lucid in dream then u wake up then rinse lather repeat

You take your two circle thingies in like your bigger big oval thingy and shut them tightly so no light can come back, but first you lay on your comforting facilitator and even before that make sure you take care of any unneeded responsibilities. Next you are in your next level of your deeper brain that thinks of the things that you don't, but still is your brain and you have to punch yourself in the face a couple of times and see if it makes your nevres feel pain or move the finger bones through something made of titanium or something that has the same properties of titanium. Then think to yourself am I not in the reality that involve other existing entities that I enact with on a regular basis with things like living or am I in a reality that I can function differently in.

The designated dream self, much like the designated driver, does a happy little dance with the pixies. Now you see, when the designated dream self drinks too much, it's vision and judgement get's blury, thus lucid dreaming. We do not really have dream control, a magic fairy follows us and does what we're thinking about doing.

And thats lucid dreaming in a nutshell.
