      Welcome to the LDA group....im the temperory doctor so please feel free to sit in our circle (no members currently attended so post ur name and why u joined to join the circle)

      This is not intented to detatch anyone form LD or Obe, just merely sensles banter but also to offer an insight to make your experience here more pleasurable

      each lessson will be held every friday, and on that friday me or someone else who pm's me can hold the lesson of the week comment

      this weeks comment is......."blink every 30 minutes while on the forum and think about getting a drink instead of sitting at ur comp getting thirstier and hungrier"

      Do not try and ld every night for ages as its like lifting weights with your arms..eventually they get tired and must be rested...but after a rest they are much stronger....
