Yep! I've been brushing their teeth using a small pet toothbrush and seafood-flavored pet toothpaste since they were kittens. Cat (and dog) teeth rot just like human teeth if you don't take care of them. Just think what your teeth would look like in 5 years if you never brushed and never went to the dentist.

They love it because it's special quality time with them every night, they get a good treat afterwards, and they like the taste of the toothpaste. So they actually beg for it every night.

Now I have to train my puppy to get used to it...

You know, my old cat Febus used to romanticize a stuffed tiger animal. It was disgusting... especially when the stuffed animal would be kinda wet after he was done.

One time when I went to the vet, my dog was going to have a vaccination, when the vet put the needle in my dog's neck, my dog immediately went for the vet, and as she turned, the needle was still in her neck swaying. I thought it was a funny sight to see the dog growling with a needle in her neck.

Another time my dog was at the vets, there was this lady paying for her cat at the reception. My dog went up to the old lady and started sniffing her butt. It was so funny

WTF? No vaccines should EVER go in the neck! No wonder the dog was freaking out! I'd find a different vet if I were you.

I think mine does injections in the neck too, but I don't remember if that vaccines or other injections. Where are they supposed to do it?

Rabies vaccines always go under the skin low on the right rear leg. Applies to dogs and cats.

Distemper vaccines always go under the skin low on the right front leg. Applies to dogs and cats.

Feline Leukemia vaccines always go under the skin low on the left rear leg. Applies to cats only.


The reason vaccines are given this way universally is so if the animal develops a vaccine-associated sarcoma (cancer tumor), you can pinpoint which vaccine caused it.

Furthermore, even when giving injections of various medications for an ill animal, etc, they never go in the neck. A common place to give injections is under the skin in between the shoulder blades (or "scruff"). Injections should go no higher than this on the animal's body.

Sometimes my cat attacks me from beneath the door before I hop into the shower. Yeah, she randomly sticks his arms through the crack under the door and tries tearing my feet. No idea why.

Ok i have a new one, my brothers dog loves to spin, last tuesday he finished eating his dinner and started spinning in the family room, but he knocked over a candle while doing so i yelled at him (at this time i dident know that he pees if you yell at him, and spins when he needs to go out) so i had the dog spinning while peeing. Was like a 'freakin pee twister. im dead serious.
