I think post counts are cool. They show how much you posted. If you spent hours posting, why not get a little trophy to show off? Even if it's not such a great trophy, even if it's a bit of a lame trophy, it's still a trophy. I for one like it.

You don't respond to what I said. I said the post count is very inaccurate to tell the credibility. But it's still a small part of a lot things that makes the persons credebility.

Yes, but like I said, I think it's a nice thing, IMHO.
I like my post count, I like to see other's post counts. I think it's a silly but fun thing to have. If I had 10000 posts I would probably be a little attached to it like that person you talked about from the other forum. Whats so wrong with it? I am not enlightened: I am attached to one or two things. I don't think that such a disaster...
