You don't mind giving me a little definition of it, do you? You see, I don't actually know what it means.

Trolling is the act of purposefully antagonizing other people on the internet, generally on message boards. A troll would be someone who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument. (Source: Urbandictionary.com, the first sentence is the definition of "trolling", the second of "a troll").

Usually done for shits and giggles or to provoke funny replies of people. Only shows how gullible idiots people are, taking everything like that. It's the internet, lighten up.

Edit - No it's just I think I might start hating the internet because of people like you, bashing people just for a laugh, then calling them an idiot, then telling them to lighten up. It's stupid. It's why I call people geeks, you can't just bash someone on a public thread and then act really mature, but then again people respect you and will most probably help you gang up against normal people like me who havn't actually done anything wrong in the first place! But then they'll just start replying with smart arse comments just to make the other person feel like shit, but then they get bashed even more for 'moaning' about how they're getting bashed. The internet can be a very nice place to get pissed off. And that is why I don't like being friendly to people, you just end up being shat on.
