Honestly, does anyone else have this problem? Or am I the only one with complete tards as contacts?

I don't get what part of "Away" people don't understand. I set my MSN status too away, yet people are still compelled to start talking and pinging me with messages.

If thats not bad enough, I got sick of it so I set my status to "Appear Offline" and what happens? I still somehow manage to get messaged. I'm appearing offline and someone sends me "Hey, are you there?"

hee just kidding but I know how you feel, and I hate it when people get all offended when you dont answer.

You're just popular, that's not a bad thing.

Can you customize a message to say something like, "Away, ie, DONT MESSAGE ME"?

I know! I mean you can actually be away, out, not home and someone'll message you and think you're ignoring them. Though other times, you are actually trying to ignore them

Oh yes, I did that before. Set my MSN Personal Message to say that, and what did I get? "Hey Kev, I know you're not there, just leaving a message. Get back to me later"
