Yeah, I found something about forum groups, and that DGs have mod powers in "Lucid Dreaming".
Wait, but they can move stuff into other forums?

Yeah, we have powers in the Dream related forums only and its only related to forum posts. Our powers over users are limited. ('cept in chat! )

We can do something to a thread as long as its in a dream forum, so we can move threads out of dream forums yes, but not back in.

DGs can also delete posts and threads throughout the forum. The idea is that their focus is more in the dreaming forums, and their role is more along the lines of being the "face" of the staff.

More importantly, though, they can request any moderator or administrative action they want and it will be done for them in a heartbeat, no questions asked - and they don't even have to take the blame for it.

In my humble opinion, the DGs have by far the most important job here. They are the real personality of Dream Views.
