I MUST SLEEP IN ORDER TO DREAM
i just spent 5 hours in the paralyzed part of attaining a WILD and i couldnt get to sleep :@ 5 times i got to dreaming in that time but each time i became too excited and had to abort :@

put a plastic bag over your head... then pass out... then take the plastic bag off your head.
this may not work.
plus if it's 5am why are you even trying? the day's about to start! you'll just get a damn satisfying sleep tomorrow night.clear eyes. strong hands.

for the last few days i have slept throughout the day and it has screwed up my circadian rhythims... in about an hour i reckon ill fall asleep but i need to get back on the right track... maybe the sunlight will act as a zeitgeber and reset it
