      Tell me what happened to Stephen Colbert's ice cream.

      Stephen Colbert is a professional smartass on Comedy Central. Ben and Jerry's, the greatest ice cream company of all time, had a brand of ice cream called Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream. It was vanilla ice cream mixed with waffle cone bits, fudge, and caramel. It was the greatest ice cream I have ever eaten in my life.

      However, I have not been able to get my hands on it since September. I usually eat like a health nut, but sometimes I like to screw up on purpose. Does anybody know if that phenomenal ice cream is still on the market anywhere?

      I've never seen that ice cream or tried it but somehow I don't think I'd like the kind of ice cream that makes you feel like you're being humorously criticised from the inside with every bite...

      Correction; Ben and Jerry's was the greatest ice cream company. Now they are owned by Unilever, the corporate conglomerate that also brings us such gems as "I can't believe its not butter" and "lady's choice" mayonaisse (philippines). Unilever has systematically destroyed everything that was right and good about the company in order to cut costs and increase profits.

      Also, they own Breyers which is now essentially the same because of the changes they made to B&j's but a lot cheaper.

      Edit: sorry for the tangential rant, theres a lot of animosity here in VT about this stuff. Americone Dream is still available around here.
