      100 lbs

      I have a goal to lose 100 pounds. Ok, so theoritically its possible, but practically its not...if I wanted to lose 100 pounds I'de have to lose muscle too hehe...and maybe some bone mass...maybe dump one of my kidneys hehe. But I assume that if I set the bar so high that I can't ever get to it...and I know that, then I can continue to work on getting as good as it gets right? lol.

      Well anyways, every Monday morning i'm going to post how much weight i've lossed from the original point. I've lost and gained weight before and it wasn't very hard to do either hehe, so I don't expect it to be too much trouble. Anyways, if I don't lose weight every week you guys have to harass me and tell me i'm a dumb ass or something ok?

      Starting amount lost 0 (today is the first day mwuahahaha)

      100 lbs is a large amount to lose. The key is to stay focussed and live a healthy lifestyle while doing it. Plan on taking about 18 months or more to do it and get plenty of excercise including strength training and cardio. This will keep up your muscle mass while you are losing.

      Heh, i've lost weight before. Hehe I know the drill. Moving around sucks for me everytime I move I gain a bajillion pounds...and I move like 4 times a year.

      Anyways, 100 lbs isn't really that much...
      I've lost 50 pounds in like 4 months before... and it was perfectly healthy, just when I moved I got out of cycles, so now I have to get back into the cycle again.

      I put this in the senseless banter cause I was hoping to attract the Jack ass lurkers who were waiting for a free reign pass to insult people =P If I don't lose weight every Monday, I need to be told i'm a loser and be spit at =-P My only type of motivation is negative motivation. I would love to be like 120 pounds...or 100...or cough cough...lol. But I dunno if I can make it that far. So a realistic goal would be around 170-180 I lost down to 187 a while back. Course I'm saying 100 pounds so that I will never stop trying to lose weight...even if i'm at an ideal weight.
      Skinny people like piss me off lol. I think he has like zero fat and zero muscle! lol. I can't ever look like that because no matter what I do I will always have muscles...when I weighed 187 I looked like a fucking professional wrestler...I'm thinking I may have to go anorexic to lose muscle... If I have to I probably will do that...but think i'll start by just losing normal weight first hehe.

      You don't need to lose muscle. That is an anorexic way of thinking. Just get to an actually healthy weight, and you will have done what you need to do.
      How do you know you are not dreaming right now?

      But...I don't want to be muscly, I wanna be skinny. lol. But I'll be on the healthy diet first... IF I think it is worth it at that point, then I'll consider the other option.

      It sounds like you were not genetically designed to be skinny. If you force yourself to be skinny any way, you will be doing something very unhealthy. You will feel much better if you merely cut your body fat down and don't try to force away your muscle.
      How do you know you are not dreaming right now?

      Good luck, thats a lot of weight to lose. I've never really cared about weight myself, I prefer to go by how I feel and how I look. Alot of times a person will go through dramatic changes such as losing fat and building muscle but their weight will stay around the same. You seem to know what you want to do though and how you're gonna accomplish it so just stick with it and have fun.

      Why would you possibly want to lose muscle? Having a goal to just lose weight for the sake of losing weight makes no sense, unless you want to be like a jockey or you have to get into a lower weight class for some sport or something like that. But you should just be healthy, that should be your goal. I am guessing here, tell me if I'm wrong, but a large part of your motivation for this is to look good. Well, I think a lot of girls find muscular guys much more attractive. Plus, being muscular will help you keep the weight down.

      never take being in shape for granted. Everything you do feels better and goes easier if you are low in fat and high in muscle.

      But thats just my personal experience.

      I don't know about girls liking muscular guys... depends on what you mean by "muscular."

      Anyway, I do know for sure that a huge majority of girls do not like skinny guys! Skinnyness does not equal manliness. Also, most girls would probably cry at night if their boyfriends were skinnier than them.

      If you're into guys though, then I have no clue what guys prefer in other guys... Someone enlighten me?

      Why do you want to loose weight? Surely tone up would be the better option? Loosing fat and replacing with muscle will not make you as light as you think, since the muscle replacement is heavier than fat - although depends on how much of said fat you want to loose.

      Anyway good luck, it can be a pain for some people!

      For the record, Sandform...I don't know how young or old you are, but I am almost certain that a male wanting to be 100 - 120 lb's is extremely unhealthy.

      Haha...this is sooo true. I prefer guys that are a bit more on the skinnier side, but with great muscle tone.

      You CAN be a skinny fat person. No one wants to be a skinny fat person. If you just stop eating and lose muscle mass, you will become a skinny fat person.

      Yeah anything under 145 for an average height guy is just too skinny!
