you light the first switch like 1 hour then u close it then you open the second 1
when u got in, find wich 1 is off but hot for the first switch
and u find the 1 is open for the second
and the 1 is close for the third

You turn any switch on then go in the room...find the one with the light on...and by the power of the deduction...GUESS.

Techboy says that room is the hallway, the switches are beside the door

take off the face plate then look for the ground wires on each switch... flip the switches so they touch the ground wires. (i think)

Very interesting ways of doing this. But, I must say that techboy is right. These conundrums must be too easy. I'll have to post another one for you guys.

How can it be three seperate rooms then.

you're in a halway and there are three doors. right next to EACH of the doors is a light switch. it's obvious that the liight switch right next to the door is the light switch for THAT door.

I could of googled for it and got it in 2 seconds, like techboy did. (I blame him because he can't retaliate until November )

You could just feel the lightbulb to see which one was warm after flipping a switch. Then use process of elimination.
