I'm not starting a debate--I won't post again in this thread unless it's a lolcat or loling at a lolcat. I just wanted to say, "Free Cat" was not that bad. So you had to contemplate death for a fraction of a second before you found someone to hate. If your response was "OMG evol1!1" then that's your response--it's not something Elis did to you.
Personally, I had a moment of wry contemplation noting the commentary on the lolcat phenomenon while considering the inevitability of death, then scrolled down for more lolcats.If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. Fair enough. That's your opinion.
Personally, I found the glofication and making-into-a-punchline of the death of an animal that many of the people who will be posting on this thread obviously love as completely tasteless, as I said. And attributing it to "finding someone to hate", while giving your opinion more of an impact, doesn't really have any base in reality.
