Thread: Type with computer screen off...

Ok... I will start... In this thread you may only type with your screen turned off... I´m doing this right now... This is the beta game... The next one will be upgraded in to you only typing without even having the keys to look at.... The longer you type and the more you feel like you need to edit what you are typing... The harder it will be... My music is plaing... What was that again? Oh yes... I´m going to Jönköping next oensday... My screen is black and I cant see smack... I wonder how this will look... When I think about it this is a rather good meditation exercise... Brings you in to the moment... I wonder if I took a left turn somewhare over here... Maby my spelling will be better now? Maby you will have a easier time to understand my english... Hope nobody takes the time to read all of this jibberish... If you dooo... 2 bad 4r U! Ha! I´m sure I´m doing just fine... But then again I can focus on my hands... What was I writing about again? what did I say b4 this? How am I going to figure out why I cant figure it out? Oh well... My dog wants to go for a walk and I think this game was way 2 eays

Ok I am typing this with the screen off but to be honest I can touch type so even with the screen off and not looking at the keyboard I think I could get 100% accuracy

I'm imagining there will be little problem for me, since I've been touch-typing for many years. Actually, I'm already on your second part: not looking at the keys.

I just hope I'm actually typing inside of the "reply" box, or else I'll turn the screen back on and find there's nothing typed at all!

Okay, so the screen's off, and this is a rather fun game. I love this typing game, and I'm not looking at the keyboard.

I' cam't touch type perfectly, but it's still fun to do. And this laptop's keyboard is weird to use.

Yeah same here I don't need to look at the keyboard or the monitor to type. Generally I can know when I made a mistake without even looking at the screen because I can feel if I hit the right button or not (like I Can tell if something feels wrong because each word/letter has a specific feel and in my head the letters appear as I type and if in my head they are weird I know I made a mistake).

My only concern with doing this is that I will mess up my msn conversations.... but yeah, it's quite easy. It's only if you want to go back and edit something later that you have a problem as you have to try and backspace exactly the right number of sspaces...
