When people go "Lol", as in the start of "Lollipop". LMFAO or ROFL are impossible so I guess they're ok. But I don't like it when people go "Lol!" in real life without the abbreviation lettering.

I sometimes say 'lol' or 'omg' in normal conversation. I use it ironically, obviously. I don't particularly mind slang. It adds range to the vocabularly, and therefore expressiveness of our entire language. That said, people who say 'omg' without a trace of irony or humour deserve pain.
