I usually just throw together a vinaigrette with olive oil, garlic (or shallots), whatever vinegar I have, whatever mustard I have, and some salt and pepper. Herbs are always nice to add, but I rarely have fresh herbs so it's not really worth it. |

Tell me your favorite salad dressing
I love salads so much, eat them all the time, my personal favorites are Balsamic, and Italian, though a ceaser salad is good once in a while, what about y'all.

plain italian dressing (the thin kind, not the creamy thousand-island like dressing), or a balsamic vinaigrette. I dislike most creamy salad dressings, but bleu cheese and french icomb ines for an interesting flavour.

Balsalmic vinagrette, roasted red pepper vinagrette, and this slightly creamy poppyseed dressing that I don't know the full name for. I used to like French dressing, but now it's just too acidic for me.
