Like a strobelight only instead of blacking out the movements
it just moves right to the next one.

Are you talking about on The Messengers where that little freaky thing is crawling on the ceiling or whatever? Like it looks like the person is moving all weird and stuff? That is creepy!

Yeah it is probably like that I've never seen the messengers.

One example might be like the doctor on the movie about the house with spirits in it that everyone gets locked inside, and then the only survivors are the black guy and the white chick and they both get millions of dollars for surviving. When he is on the security cams it is super creepy.
