      Actually it came out of an Indiana Jones movie
      And it was completely impromptu - it wasn't in the script
      Harrison was having the sh*ts that day, and needed to leave. The scene was overly long so someone said 'Why doesn't Indi just shoot the guy?'
      And everyone went silent and someone replied ... 'Hey, thats not a bad idea!'

      Seriously... not exact to the quotes, but based on the true story...
