Thread: A confession I have to make..

Hello, each of you guys. Please read on.

Well, I am finally removing the mask and admitting this. I know I've gathered the friendship of many of you guys, and I feel sorry for having deceived you for so long. Know that, during all of these times, I always asked myself if I should keep doing this.

Well, basically, I have been using 2 accounts - for a very long time. I am Mark75. That means, both Mark75 and I are the same person. Sorry for hiding this for so long, from nearly all of you.

Yes, before you do go on and say Kromoh and Mark75 don't look alike at all, you just have to agree I wouldn't be enough of a fool to behave similarly in two accounts. In fact, I believe that my skill in acting differently was what made this last so long.... so much, that many people would bet their money on there actually being two different people behind each name.

If you want to know why I did it; well, the answer is simple. I like having different personas. Ever since I was a kid, I always wished I could be more than one person, more than one mask, so that I could could live each journey on its own. It may be a gift or a curse, take it as you want.

I've grown very attached to the personality of Mark75 - it was one I put a lot of effort into. Kromoh was much more similar the real me, in many ways.

It's funny that you guys always wished to see what Mark75 looked like, when in fact it was always there, just under a different name.

I have already contacted the staff informing this, and they're deciding what they do about it. I seriously hope they aren't harsh on me, for I really have high regards for this community.

I wish I could be posting this with the Mark75 account (I believe you'd trust me more on that one, which is actually silly), but the staff blocked my access to it temporarily.

Please, if you talk to me, don't touch the scar, for I'm not in a very good mood. Letting go of something I had in my hands for such long time sure is hard enough. I hope I can count on the support - and acceptance - of the true friends I have made.

I would prefer it if you hadn't made it quite this public, but I guess I see your reasoning?

Staff already knows this, we've known it for a long time.

Hm, it's pretty kool that you could keep this hidden for so long.

I talked with the staff a bit and although they haven't made a decision yet, they did say I could make a post on this account just to confirm it to you guys if you had any doubts still. So, yeah, it's been me all along. I realize what an awful person I've been deceiving you all like this and I hope you aren't offended or disappointed, but I'll understand if you never want to talk to me again.

It's actually not too hard. For instanse, if I asked a friend of mine I'd probably be able to enter this site using a dedicated server in germany. As it is, I can access two different ISPs in Norway. It's all about connections

Yep. That's what I have been doing. I have also been using a server in Mississippi. That's right, everybody. I have also been using the screen name Universal Mind for more than 4 1/2 years. To create the illusion that "Kromoh" and "Universal Mind" are two different people, I have made the two characters disagree on and fight about everything... except the existence of God and certain religious beliefs. Even with the Mark75 account I didn't pretend not to be an atheist. Theist is the one thing I can't bring myself to pretending to be without making it really obvious that I am joking. I felt pretty stupid pretending to be a socialist and promoting socialistic ideas, but I was able to do it. I figured that what I was saying was so ridiculous nobody would take it seriously. By the way, I have two other accounts here.
