That's like, on option, although, we can have a less subtle one so:
like, you come back and something feels different but you aren't sure what exactly it is.
It turns out all the old members you remember are being kept imprisoned by some unrealistically unlikable ruler character who you need to work through the ranks of the members in order to defeat, and free the members, thus returning the place to how you remember, k.
