[Kaniaz thinks we Americans marinate EVERYthing. It's TRUE!! It can make even the stringiest of meat tender and juicy.]


Step 1. Go to local butcher and select the best quality meat you can find.



Step 2. Marinate in 1 part olive oil, 2 parts champagne vinegar. Let sit for 3 hours up to 3 days. Salt and pepper to taste.



Step 3. Heat up gas or charcoal grill. Grill uncovered for 20 minutes each side, making sure to turn gently.



Step 4. Serve alone or over wild rice. -- Bon Apetitè
