Thread: I have to shave my beard

So I'm convinced that my favourite hockey team has been doing well in the playoffs because I haven't shaved in nearly two weeks. However I have an important social function to attend this Saturday and the beard will have to go. I'm really afraid that this will negatively impact my team and that we might lose our next game.

So in an attempt to please the hockey gods, I'm looking for willing volunteers to refrain from shaving in my stead for at least the next few days. Furthermore I call upon all those who already possess a good quality beard to lend their beard powers to me, so I may properly channel them to my team. Don't disappoint me DV!!

First off, I find your lack of dedication to the beard sickening. While I am growing my own playoff beard(which I might add is patchy and gross, but one must be dedicated to the cause...), the magic that it yields must be applied to the Canucks, as they are down 2-1 at the moment, and you habs have a split going for you right now. Although you folks typically play on different days, maybe my off-day beard magic can be lent, I'll have to ponder this....

I'll grow a lady beard down below.
