      Sleep Mask

      Just received my sleep mask and Ear Plugs from ebay. Trying them out for the first time tonight and I will tell you if they have any effects in 10 hours

      Note: I am using my sleep mask and earplugs as an anchor to remind me about lucid dreaming.

      Good luck with them! Although they may not get you lucid directly, they will at least get your some restful sleep.

      According to BillyBob's New tutorial, sensory deprivation might help with lucidity.
