Music to help you sleep

I'm hoping this is the right place. I know I'm not too well known here, but I'm planning to change that. Below is a link to a mp4a which contains 60 minutes (continuously) of rain playing. I don't know the affects of it on helping you with lucid dreaming, but it certainly helps to get to sleep. If someone wants to verify it, go ahead. I gave it to Atras (who's becoming my LD buddy.)
