Thread: Neck Sensitivity

This has to do with Lucid Dreaming but not very much.

I have a this bad sensitivity on my neck to touch. Anytime someone or something touches my neck I will go crazy and whatever to hide that part of my neck. This works wonderfully when I am at the barbershop. On the computer sometimes I get the sensation in the front of my neck and I will put my shirt in my mouth to cover my neck (which strangely makes the itch go away)

I don't really notice it all during the day but when I sleep and try to enter sleep paralysis, that's where the fun comes. I get the irritating sensation in the front of my neck and I can try and ignore it but it gets to a point where if I don't get rid of it I'll go crazy. And so that's when I give up and go to bed.

Is there any way to get rid of this sensitivity?
