Okay so here goes!
I've got 16 days off school for Easter, then 3 days back at school, then a 4 day weekend because of bank holidays; in total, 3 weeks and 3 days.
My aim is to adapt so that I can stay awake in school after those 2 weeks and 2 days (And of course hopefully the 3 days in between, which I'm most worried about)
I've been warned not to take naps 6 hours apart, so to work around school I set up this kind of scheme:
4.30 to 7.30 core; 15.40 (or whenever i get home) to 16.00, 20.00 to 20.20, 0.00 to 0.20.
I have a couple of questions on this topic, if you have any knowledge feel free to answer
Would this kind of scheme work?
Will I able able to adapt to the point that I will still be able to stay awake in school after the first 16 days?
