      Hmm... I don't think it really changes much. Seems to me that they're saying "You should still get good regular sleep, but if you skip out on some, it's ok."

      Doesn't seem like this makes sleep less important, but shows that sorting out memories doesn't just happen in REM sleep. Cool I guess, because any discovery like this one brings us closer to a complete picture of how sleep and dreams work.
