      How to get to sp while falling asleep and keeping my awareness

      I just need some bullet points to get into SP while being aware before i go asleep.
      Once there I know I'll go lucid.

      Hmm, maybe you can try the count-yourself-to-sleep-technique. So you can concentrate on counting from 1 to 100 (or more) and let your body fall asleep while keeping your mind awake.
