Havin' acne because of sleep disorder lately

Hi, can anyone suggest here what are some alternative ways to get rid of this acne, I have acne now because I get sleep disorder since last 3 weeks. I'm very worried now, I tried to apply some cream just light cream like ponds but it doesn't work, what to do pls help the natural way the better but if there's a product that you know as long as its effective(hope it's something that I can afford>.<) I'll really appreciate it. Wash your pillow case. Just imagine laying on a oil and dirt filled pillow. Even if you shower before hand you still have oils and other nastys on your face. If you cannot get a clean pillow or pillow case use a towl or something. You can usually get like 4 days out of a towl depending on how you fold it.
