Everybody has this when they are trying to run from something in a nightmare. This is a result of sleep paralysis, it simply stops you acting out your dreams so you don't lash out and hurt yourself. |

I was attempting LD while listening to SomaFM - Drone Zone station which REALLY helped me to relax when I was drifting in and out of sleep. I felt completely relax and disconnected from my body...but when my sister told me to come to her room so I can take the kittys out, my legs felt like noodles and partly gave away. I felt fully awake but my legs didn't. Has this happen to anyone before? Not just legs but any parts of the body? Is it something I shouldn't worry about? |

Ninjas killed my family, need money for kung-fu lessons
You can sometimes also feel dizzy after being sat down for a long period of time |

Yep sounds like SP to me too. SP usually starts in the legs. Probably didn't get any further since you were never fully asleep. |

I realized after re-reading my post I didn't mention that I was walking around before my legs turned into noodles. XD; Still... Nothing serious. |
