      do people have this symtoms: you sleep alot but you don't feel like you've slept at all.

      if so or not .. reply and tell me what you've done cuz i need help.

      I will give you the same advice as in the Anger Management thread: do not eat too unhealthy, such as much sugar, coffeine. Sugar and coffeine makes it harder to fall asleep, as they stimulate the brain.

      Stress could also be a reason, so try to relax if you are stressed out in general.

      how good is your dream recall? are you lucid in your dreams? I find if I am lucid in my dreams I feel that much rested

      I agree with King and God, sugar and caffeine are likely cuplrits. If you are under 25, you should get tested for diabetes and also get an allergy screen, sometimes you can have a slight allergy to something in your diet and the only symptom is fatigue. If you try these things and nothing works, consider trying melatonin, lots of people seem to benefit and there has been long extensive clinical studies demonstrating its short and long term safety in moderate doses.
