I agree with King and God, sugar and caffeine are likely cuplrits. If you are under 25, you should get tested for diabetes and also get an allergy screen, sometimes you can have a slight allergy to something in your diet and the only symptom is fatigue. If you try these things and nothing works, consider trying melatonin, lots of people seem to benefit and there has been long extensive clinical studies demonstrating its short and long term safety in moderate doses. |
