So, I heard a rumor a few years ago that if you eat cheese before bed, you will have crazy dreams.

My last really crazy, out of this world, orgasmic dream was 2 weeks ago, and I had nachos that night...

      coincidence? I think not.

But it might be...what do you think?

Maybe there's some stuff in cheese that stimulates the brain. But I'm a bit skeptical about this matter.

      Sounds worth trying, though.

I'm guilty of the matter of having cheese before bed ..not every night but I do love the cheese
Back to the point, I never considered my dream to be "crazy" when having cheese before bed. Maybe my dreams are odd on their own. Though, personally I see no difference.

Same for me, Erin. I LOVE cheese and often eat a thick slice of it before bed or late at night as a snack. And I don't see any difference in the 'weirdness' of my dreams. But then again, my dreams are always somewhat off the wall anyway, lol. But I haven't noticed a difference after the cheese.

      Smile

Now that you mention it. A while back i hadnt eaten dinner and got peckish just before so i had some spready cheese on crackers. next day i could recall 8 different dreams, several lucid! As for the content i forget. And btw my recall is usually rubbish
It says my lucid age is 10 years+ that's true but I still have recall issues

Coincidence maybe, I had quite a bit of cheddar before bed last night and was lucid pretty much all night long. Four LDs last night, one of them with godlike control.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

Maybe I didn't word it correctly...my dreams happen to be wild and cray....but what I think happens is for some people, you remember more of your dreams or have more lucid dreams if you eat cheese before bed. After I noticed the dream after the nachos, I specifically had a grilled cheese sandwhich for dinner. That night I had one lucid dream (stole a little girls bike then ruined it and when she came to look for it, I could make it disappear "conciously") and many other dreams that I remembered.

I'm going to experiment. I'm going to eat a little cheese (all different kinds) before bed a few nights a month and see if it makes a difference in my dreams.

      Wish me luck!

      Here's my update....

I have not eaten a different cheese ever night (sorry, I lied...too much cheese, too little time) but last night I did have indian food for dinner. Part of that dinner was a cheese and veggie dish. Not sure what kind of cheese they use in Indian food, but...IT WORKED!

I had a dream (a lucid one) that I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Then, I realized I was dreaming and could change that outcome so in my dream, I forced myself to take a few more until it came out positive.

Now, if I'm pregnant in real life...that will be another story...

Cool!!! It really worked THAT well?

Then I think I'll try it, too. The B6 has been doing it's job since I started taking it on Monday, but this sounds like it's full-proof, and alot of FUN!!

Definately try it, but don't think about it too much...too much thinking will ruin it I think,

I've noticed certain results. I've been getting *more* dreams lately, can't ascertain anything much about the quality yet as I haven't experimented with it a lot...but my recall is simply bad at this point.

Maybe it's because cheese is made out of milk and milk has a lot of B vitamines.
