If you have read the link on the other page you need five hours rest and two of them you need to be unconsious. See worrying about the amount of time you need to sleep your preventing yourself from sleeping. Well force yourself to be completely still and dont worry about anything or think. The worse thing you can do is start to worry about sleep. All the other animals only need rest because we are a thinking animal we need unconscious rest for about two hours like dolphins. So if you find yourself falling asleep quickly dont worry just say to yourself i am getting rest and i dont care if i fall asleep. |
