      5-htp

      Has anyone tried this?

      It's been shown in studies to help children with night terrors, and I personally have found it to cause me to sleep like a stone and have weird dreams. I've also heard of other bb's taking ZMA and having strange dreams as well.

      From what I understand about 5-HTP it increases serotonin which causes deep, REM-less sleep, and this cause REM rebound on the second half of the night, and a result long and vivid dreams.
