I'm wondering if anybody here have heard if Lucid Dreaming could higher the risk of getting a psychosis (since I've recently been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder), especially when the habit of doing RCs might make you a little unsecure about what is real. |

I think that doing RCs shouldn't ever confuse you about reality.. because their purpose is to tell you what is real and what isn't. |

I don't think it would have any effect except to make a psychotic person question reality more, which probably wouldn't do much but would not hurt. Psychosis is caused by chemical imbalance, not a wrong way of thinking. The wrong way of thinking is a result, not a cause. |

How do you know you are not dreaming right now?
True. It would seem that you could perhaps benefit from having the habit of doing RCs if you look at it rational, but I guess rational thinking don't always apply to these things. I will discuss it with my doctor and share his opinion with you. |
