I take Lunesta and have really vivid dreams. Some are scary, some good, and most just weird. A lot of dreams where I am in an Artic enviroment. Big ships and long train rides through the snow. But all with a sence of lost and grief. |

LOL.. you know what, I've recently tried a few sleep aids, and all it did was make it harder for me to wake up in the morning I still can't sleep at night |
|
Have you tried melatonin. It is natural, but the trick is that your body can only use |

Is that something over the counter, or a natural herb? I think Im gonna try going to the gym at night again, I might as well do something good if Im not gonna sleep |
|
It's over the counter and it is natural. It works for 50% of people. But when it works it is nice! |

Dreams are most commonly anxious or stressful in nature due to the dominance of the amygdala ("fear" center of the brain) during REM. The Lunesta is likely letting you get deep sleep again which is necessary as a precusor to vivid REM dreams. |

i take lunesta but i usually cant remember my dreams when i take it. it works really good at putting me to sleep, but not so good when it comes to dreaming. i do however take a herb called brilliant dreams which works really well at giving me vivid dreams. its actual purpose is to promote lucid dreams and works well even when i take lunesta. go to brilliantdreams.com and read more about it. may all your dreams be brillient. lol |
