      Sleep pattern/chart

When I get about 5-6 hours of sleep and wake up for my morning classes (9 am) I come back from class, take a quick nap and then grab some lunch. By about 1pm (4 hours after waking up) I'm very tired.

When I get that tired and fall asleep that easily my dream recollection/lucid recognition is at its absolute peak. In the 2 hours of dreaming I had 2 Wild's (I never attempt to wild it just happens to me when I'm extremely tired) and recalled 3 other dreams with vivid detail, feelings, energy and a large recollection.

My sleep varies and I almost always nap so if I know when that lull is and I can plan my naps accordingly I think my dreaming abilities could drastically increase

      Any ideas or help?

When you have intermittent sleep (like when you wake for morning classes), with time spans below 7-9 hours, you will have a deficit of REM sleep.

Your body makes up the loss of REM sleep later when you fall asleep again, thus increasing the amount and vividness of dreaming.

Generally, though, it's not as healthy for your body to have intermittent sleep patterns. But neither is eating a lot, 9-5 office jobs, or smoking... but a lot of people do them anyways =P
